Body Shop Technician - Paint Body Shop (Trucks)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced and passionate Body Shop Technician to join our team at a paint body shop specializing in trucks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion to work with his or her hands, make the customer smile, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team to deliver top-notch truck painting and body repair services.

- Perform truck painting and body repair tasks with precision and attention to detail.

- Assist in completing workflow and ensuring efficient operations in his or her area.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines and maintain quality standards.

- Support and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and performance.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Proven experience in automotive painting and body repair, particularly with trucks.

- The ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- Strong technical skills in painting, sanding, buffing, and other body shop procedures and/or the willingness to learn.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster a collaborative work environment.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices in automotive body repair.
