Social Media Lead

No rotations, no junior pyramids, no reporting layer between the operator and the outcome. ROLE OVERVIEW You own the feed end to end — strategy, calendar, hooks, edits, community. You set the standard for what gets shipped and lead the people who ship it. RESPONSIBILITIES — Set social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and LinkedIn. — Own the content calendar and the editorial standard behind it. — Lead creators, editors and community managers on day-to-day output. — Track performance and reallocate effort weekly based on what works. — Advise clients directly on positioning, risk and cultural timing. REQUIREMENTS — 5+ years in social, including time leading a team or a major account. — Proof of accounts you grew, with numbers. — Culture-fluent and trend-literate without being trend-dependent. — Strong editorial judgement and copywriting. — Calm under live-event and crisis conditions. BONUS SKILLS — Paid social buying experience. — Experience with talent or artist channels. — Second language.
