Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to handle general repairs and upkeep of our facility, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs
Fix plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues (basic to moderate)
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Work with management on preventative maintenance

Requirements

Previous maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of tools and repairs
Dependable and able to work independently
Attention to safety and detail
