Associate Art Director

Arnell Intelligence AI Brands is a multidisciplinary design office working with several top tier companies on brand design and design-led business development. We are seeking an Associate Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an integral part of our day-to-day operations and long-term development and growth. We are an award-winning brand design and development firm founded and led by Peter Arnell. Mr. Arnell takes a consumer centric, design-led approach to helping customers innovate and grow their businesses. We excel at brand innovation, brand creation, new product development, consumer experience, environmental design touching all aspects of brand creation. We create new companies and brands, expand and extend existing brands, and design the products, services, spaces, communications and experiences that bring them to life. Associate Designer Role Associate Designers are responsible for assisting on the creation of and executing on design templates, with direction from and collaboration with our Creative Director, Sr. Designers and our interdisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for understanding brand needs/wants and interpreting those into designs based on desired style; working with Sr. Leadership on the execution of designs, ensuring projects are being implemented correctly and that all needs are being met. Specific Role & Responsibilities Work with Senior Leadership to optimize products and services for a range of clients. Conduct internal research and usability testing to ensure all designs met client and user requirements. Analyze all research and feedback to gain user insight in order to incorporate into new designs. Assist in the production of concept sketches, prototypes, interaction designs etc. Help to create clean and simple user-centered designs. Work with other designers and 3rd Party developers to build user-friendly graphic experiences for a variety of materials. Assist Sr. Leadership in creating design rationale, specifications and additional items as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Fluency in Chinese is a must. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong background in digital applications. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.). Experience working in fast paced start up environments, leading and working with multiple teams (especially technology, creative, media, strategy and product development). Experience with interactive projects is highly desired including app development, web development and display advertising.
