Roofing EstimatorHCS is seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator in Centreville, VA! The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for estimating, pre-construction, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations for a variety of large commercial and industrial construction projects.Responsibilities:Estimating and quantity take-offsPreparing and managing bid packagesSchedulingCost controlManaging RFIObtains pricing for materialsClient relationsProcurementBid analysis and quality controlRequirements:5+ years' commercial or industrial estimating experienceBachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferredExperience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and WordTakeoff ExperienceAbility to manage multiple estimates simultaneouslyAbility to work in a team environmentFederal or government project experience preferredRelated keywords: roofing, roofing estimator, estimating, estimator, construction, estimating, bid proposal, commercial construction, government, federal, procurement, project manager, scheduling
