Service Estimator (HVAC / Electrical) - Greensboro, NC

Full-Time | Company Vehicle | $70k - $90K Base

I'm partnering with a well-established MEP services company to hire a Service Estimator supporting HVAC and electrical service operations. This is a great fit for someone who combines technical knowledge with customer-facing experience and enjoys building accurate, competitive quotes.

What You'll Do

• Prepare repair and service estimates aligned with pricing guidelines
• Build and update quotes to support sales and project wins
• Collaborate with technicians to develop accurate labor estimates
• Compare vendor pricing and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Support customer visits and provide technical guidance
• Assist with small project coordination, billing, and dispatch backup

What You Bring

• 5+ years of service estimating + customer-facing experience
• Strong HVAC and/or electrical systems knowledge
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
