ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead a small, growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an HR specialist and recruiter for State Farm. I also hold a degree in Finance and am proud to have my office located right in the community where we live and serve.

Being connected to our community is important to us. We're involved with the local Chamber of Commerce and enjoy participating in activities and events that allow us to build relationships with the people around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Daryl Gilliam - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
