HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a leading healthcare system in Illinois is seeking a full-time Day Hospitalist (IM or FM) to join a well-established team in Urbana, IL. This position offers a 7-on/7-off daytime schedule, no procedures, and the support of a robust team including APPs, admitting teams, and triage services. Physicians also have the opportunity to teach residents and medical students.

Highlights:

• Schedule: 7-on/7-off, days only

• Compensation: $345,000–$527,000, based on experience

• Location: Urbana, IL (PRN option also available in Normal, IL)

• Environment: Closed ICU, soft census cap, geographic rounding

• Support: Dedicated admitting and triage teams, no procedural work

• Extras: CME allowance, relocation assistance, malpractice with tail, full benefits

Requirements:

• Active Illinois medical license

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Clean background and credentials
