We are the proven leader in the fan and ventilation market, providing innovative and energy efficient solutions to our business partners and customers.The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance function to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment, utilities, and facilities. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages a team of technicians, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.Your main responsibilities will be:Leadership & Team ManagementLead, train, and develop the maintenance team to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.Allocate resources, assign work priorities, and monitor performance to meet plant requirements.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Maintenance Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC machines, stator/rotor production lines, and assembly equipment.Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Ensure timely execution of planned shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and capital projects.Asset & Facility ManagementMaintain plant infrastructure, including utilities (HVAC, compressed air, electrical systems) and building facilities.Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available when needed.Oversee calibration of measurement and test equipment.Continuous Improvement & ReliabilityImplement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance practices.Monitor equipment performance and apply root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce recurring failures.Drive projects to improve machine uptime, extend asset life, and reduce maintenance costs.Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Support audits and maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.Develop and track KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and equipment availability.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of CNC machines, assembly lines, and automated equipment.Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).Proven expertise in preventive, predictive, and reliability-based maintenance.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.Basic computer skills and familiar with MS Office SuiteWe offer:Tuition Reimbursement Program- We encourage team members to continue their education to support their current or future work.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental and Vision options.Company-paid Life insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability insurance, and Parental leave.401(k) retirement account with a generous company matchPhenomenal work life balance offering twenty (20) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per calendar year.Holidays totaling eleven days (11) per calendar year including a floating holiday of employee's choice.Career advancement and training opportunitiesWe welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are dedicated to providing an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.EEO compliant employer
