Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager

They're looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator or Estimator/Project Manager who enjoys solving challenging problems, working closely with operations, and being part of a collaborative team where your experience is valued.

If you enjoy reviewing detailed plans and specifications, thinking through complex scopes, and producing quality estimates rather than simply pushing out bids, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Complete takeoffs and pricing analysis
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams
• Participate in preconstruction and project handoffs
• Identify project risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities

Depending on your background, there is flexibility for someone who enjoys both estimating and project management responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial roofing estimating experience
• Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, or similar roofing systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing multiple estimates and deadlines
• The EDGE experience is a plus, but not required
