POSITION SUMMARY:The Receptionist functions as an intermediary between staff patients peers and visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the organization of the medical office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks essential to the provision of efficient and effective & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredProven experience as a receptionist or similar role preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyWORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
