Client Leadership & Business DevelopmentPartner with senior client stakeholders (Appointed Actuaries, CFOs, Transformation Leads) to identify actuarial and finance transformation opportunitiesCo-own client accounts and support revenue growth through solutioning, proposal development, and deal shapingTranslate client pain points (e.g., regulatory changes, model inefficiencies, reporting delays) into scalable actuarial solutionsParticipate actively in RFPs, client presentations, and strategic discussions2. Actuarial Modelling & Valuation LeadershipProvide oversight and SME guidance on actuarial models across platforms such as AXIS, Prophet, MG-ALFALead delivery/reviews across: Reserving & valuation (US GAAP LDTI, STAT, PBR)Model development, testing, validation, and conversionsGuide teams on best practices in model governance, auditability, and controls3. Actuarial Transformation DeliveryLead and deliver finance transformation initiatives, including: LDTI / IFRS 17 implementationReporting modernization and close accelerationDrive AI-enabled actuarial transformation, including: Automation of actuarial workflowsIntelligent diagnostics, model efficiency, and insight generationSupport clients in redesigning actuarial operating models (process, governance, tooling)4.
