Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available

What You'll Actually Do Here:

You'll plan engaging lessons, nurture social-emotional development, keep children safe and thriving, and communicate with parents like the partner you are in their child's journey.

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) — OR 5+ years of experience working with young children
• NC Early Childhood Credential preferred (not required to apply)
• A genuine love for early childhood education — not just a job, but a calling
• Warmth, patience, reliability, and the ability to stay calm when someone spills paint on your shoes
