HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our small team of 1-3 members, reporting directly to the HVAC Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in residential HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system installation. This role requires frequent travel to multiple job sites and a strong commitment to quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues in residential settings
Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Manage time effectively to meet project schedules across multiple job sites
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
Collaborate with the HVAC Manager and team to ensure project success

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC experience
EPA Section 608 Certification
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
Experience with system installation and preventive maintenance
Basic electrical knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Effective time management abilities
