IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list! Responsibilities This is a full-time position performing shipping/receiving and mail related services. Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures Receiving Shipments Receive, process and deliver packages Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environment Adhere to all safety procedures Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager Participate in cross-training Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs Qualifications Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations and customer service.
