Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) Associate Physician at our Lexington Women's Health center. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an early-career OB/GYN professional eager to receive mentorship and develop a surgical career.

Key Details

• On-Call Schedule: Highly favorable, as Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) handle the first call.
• Locations: Facilities in Lexington and Nicholasville, Kentucky.
• Provider Team: Comprising 5 OB/GYN physicians (with an additional physician joining in January 2026), 2 GYN-only physicians, 6 Nurse Practitioners, and 3 Certified Nurse Midwives, with ongoing growth.
• Robotics: Three physicians on staff are certified in robotic surgery.
• Surgical Mentorship: Opportunities for high-volume, minimally invasive, and robotic surgery mentorship.
• Deliveries: Approximately 1,800 deliveries annually.
• In-Office Procedures: Includes colposcopy, hysteroscopy, LEEPs, endometrial biopsy, and ablation.

Hospital Affiliation

We are affiliated with Baptist Health Lexington, which offers 24-hour Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), dedicated anesthesia services, laborist support, and a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
