\n \nWhat will your role be?
\nScalian is seeking an Asset and Portfolio Manager to support a Digital Workplace transformation initiative focused on device inventory management, project execution, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), inventory management, project management, and budget control. This individual will help improve processes, support project planning and execution, and ensure alignment between project activities and annual operating plans.
\n \nEducation:
\n- \n
- Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred. \n
Qualifications/Work Experience:
\n- \n
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, execution, and budget control. \n
- Experience with asset or inventory management in an IT or Digital Workplace environment. \n
- Understanding of the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, and asset optimization. \n
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies, with SAFe experience considered a plus. \n
- Ability to monitor project budgets, track actual spending against forecasts, and identify discrepancies or potential risks. \n
- Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support management decisions. \n
- Ability to support product owners and technical teams in translating roadmaps into actionable projects. \n
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams, tracking dependencies, and ensuring alignment with overall portfolio priorities. \n
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is preferred. \n

- Location: This is a Hybrid role in Mobile, Alabama \n
- Travel: 3-4 business trips / year to the following - NC, VA, TX, and Canada. \n
