This role is key to keeping our banquet kitchen spotless and running like a well-oiled machine, ensuring top-notch dining experiences every time. If you're bursting with energy, reliability, and thrive under pressure – especially during our bustling nights and weekends – then you're the one we want!**DAY TO DAY...*** Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand* Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas* Maintain the kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition* Assist in the preparation of banquet setups by ensuring that all required dishes and utensils are washed, dried, and available when needed* Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility* Dispose of waste in an appropriate manner* Assist with the loading and unloading of supplies* Comply with health and safety regulations and policies at all times* Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during banquets and events* Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef**QUALIFICATIONS...*** Must be 16 years of age or older* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required* Ability to stand for extended periods* Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail* Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed* A team player with good communication skillsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.## ***EEO Statement***The concept of diversity is important to us at AriensCo.
