We are looking for an associate or medical director to join our team! Clinic Snapshot Practice type: Small Animal General Practice Avg. daily patient volume: Approximately 14 appointments/day Support staff ratio: 2:1 Case mix: Wellness, sick visits, surgery, and dentistry Technology & equipment: Modern facility built specifically as a veterinary hospital, digital diagnostics, in-house capabilities, and a surgical suite Team culture: Close-knit, collaborative, supportive environment with a strong focus on teamwork and client relationships Total Rewards & How We Invest in You We believe great doctors deserve great rewards. Who You Are & How You’ll Make a Difference You are a veterinarian who is: Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships Comfortable with surgery and managing appointments independently A collaborative teammate who thrives in a positive, supportive culture Committed to continuous growth and excellence Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required) Experienced veterinarian preferred, minimum of 3-5 years for the Medical Director role Compassionate, client-centered approach to care Strong communication and client-education skills About the Area St. Johnsbury, Vermont, blends small-town New England charm with beautiful mountain scenery, outdoor recreation, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
