Sr. Systems Engineer

Job Duties
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer to support Medical Device Systems. This role is responsible for ensuring system requirements are successfully integrated, verified, and validated across complex medical device products.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in system integration, system verification, and medical device product testing. This individual will work cross-functionally with engineering teams to develop test strategies, execute system-level testing, and investigate product issues to ensure product quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop system integration and verification test plans, protocols, and test cases.
• Execute system-level testing and document results.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and support resolution of product defects and failed tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support requirements verification and validation.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
Minimum Education Required
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience Required
Required Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, verification, or validation.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing test protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
