Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is hiring Staff Pharmacists for a 13-week assignment near the Northeast Philadelphia area, with an immediate need for experienced pharmacy professionals. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists who thrive in a fast-paced fulfillment environment and want a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
Position: Contract to hire/temp to hire
Contract Length: 13 weeks, through the end of the year
Start: ASAP

Requirements

Active New Jersey Pharmacist license in good standing
Long-term care or mail-order pharmacy experience preferred
Strong medication verification and dispensing skills
Comfortable supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy setting

Responsibilities

Perform final verification of medications for accuracy
Oversee medication fulfillment and pharmacy workflow
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
Guide and supervise pharmacy technicians
Monitor medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare providers
