What You’ll Do Collaborate directly with the prime contractor’s leadership team as a trusted representative Plan, execute, and support state government audits in accordance with regulatory standards Analyze financial records, internal controls, and compliance documentation Maintain accurate and timely reporting of billable hours Travel to client sites throughout the DMV area on a daily basis Deliver high-quality audit work independently with minimal onboarding What We’re Looking For Experience in auditing within a public accounting firm Hands-on involvement with federal and/or state government audits Knowledge of government auditing standards (GAGAS/Yellow Book preferred) Strong discipline in time tracking and reporting Ability to hit the ground running with little supervision Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills Work Environment & Expectations Daily on-site travel within the DMV area is required This role is best suited for local candidates comfortable with commuting Travel expenses are not reimbursed Hourly contract position with immediate start #J-18808-Ljbffr
