Financial Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Financial Analyst

Position type: Full-time (Contract)
Duration: 6 Months (Possi. Ext.)
Location: West Des Moines, IA / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

• Supports the team by helping manage the invoice workload and assisting with additional projects as needed.
• Contribute to these activities, the position helps maintain efficient day-to-day operations and supports the successful execution of ongoing business initiatives.
• Supporting the manual invoicing & payments team with Global Accounts Payable.
• Support manual invoice processing, ACH/NOC research, and other projects as they arise.
• Manual invoice coverage during peak production months

The ideal candidate will have:

• Accounting experience, knowledge of AUs/GLs and different Legal Entities
• Manual invoice process exp., Supporting reviewing, reconsolidation, quality control, accounting units exp.
• Experience in Excel - intermediate
• Experience in a production or Operational environment with high volume
• Knowledge of payments, especially electronic payments (ACH/Wire) is plus (HM will help to learn)
• Knowledge of Peoplesoft ERP is plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45- $50 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
