Loan Processing & Compliance Specialist

Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach is seeking a Lending Specialist in Torrance, CA, to provide quality customer service and support various loan processing duties. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a Notary Commission, and at least 6 months of commercial loan processing experience in the past three years. This role includes reviewing documentation, facilitating loan signings, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
