Associate Attorney - Litigation

Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Litigation Attorney , to join their winning team in Cherry Hill. Insurance defense is preferable, but not required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage files from inception to trial Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlements Work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation Draft motions Appear in court Medical record review Client reporting KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience using Practice Master software highly preferred Ability to identify risk, review and assess medical records, depositions and other legal documents Able to work independently with strong attention to detail along with the ability to organize and prioritize workload working with an electronic diary Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with clients and customers and negotiate on their behalf Demonstrable track record of success in liability defense Experience and facility with medical records New Jersey Bar required.
