PreK4, Kindergarten and 2nd Grade Teaching positions available Seton Catholic School, located in Brighton, are seeking caring, organized, and faith-filled classroom teachers to fill vacancies for the 2026-2027 school year. Specifically, PreK4, Kindergarten and 2 nd grade. The ideal candidate will support a positive, structured learning environment while continuing the academic and spiritual formation of our students in partnership with colleagues and families. Position Responsibilities: Deliver engaging instruction aligned with the DOR curriculum in core subject areas Maintain a classroom environment that reflects Catholic values and promotes respect, responsibility, and kindness Implement lesson plans, assessments, and classroom routines Communicate professionally and effectively with school staff and families Collaborate with grade-level teachers, specialists, and administration Support the social, emotional, and spiritual development of students Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (Education preferred) Previous elementary teaching experience strongly preferred Commitment to Catholic education and willingness to support the mission of Seton Catholic School Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues Additional Information: These are full time classroom teaching positions All required diocesan clearances and background checks must be completed prior to employment Starting Wage: 34k #J-18808-Ljbffr Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester
