Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing supplierinvoices, ensuring proper matching procedures, and maintaining up-to-datepayable records in Oracle. Key Responsibilities Enter supplier invoices intoOracle daily and oversee AP automation workflows. Conduct 3-way match process (PO,receiver, and invoice) in Oracle. Verify that received quantitiesmatch the purchase order and invoice. Review and code non-PO invoices,ensuring correct approvals before payment processing. Review vendor statements foraccuracy and completeness. Maintain organized records foraccounts payable. Prepare payment proposals andmonitor disbursements through banking systems. Perform additional tasks/projectsas assigned by the Accounting Manager. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of accountspayable experience. High school diploma or GEDrequired. Proficiency in Oracle (preferablyOracle 11.5 EBS). Financial accounting knowledge. Attention to detail and accuracyin data entry. Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
