Filler Operator – Temp to Hire
Location: Watertown, WI

Adecco is hiring a Filler Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Watertown, WI. This is a great opportunity to join a stable manufacturing environment with consistent hours, hands-on work, and opportunities for long-term employment.

Available Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM — $21.00/hr

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $22.00/hr

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM — $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

The Filler Operator works in a manufacturing environment performing routine production tasks such as labeling, packing, stacking, wiping, assembling, and operating packaging equipment. This role supports daily production needs while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging and filling equipment following SOPs

• Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements

• Produce and package products according to daily schedules

• Label, code, and verify finished goods accurately

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and equipment

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance checks

• Inspect equipment for worn or damaged parts and report issues

• Prevent contamination during product changeovers

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Support production team with additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

• Maintain accurate attention to detail for quality and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time)

• Repetitive bending, lifting, and physical activity required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Basic math and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work safely and follow all PPE requirements (contact lenses not permitted)

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
