Facilities Specialist - Health Center Maintenance & Ops

SCAN Group is looking for a Facility Specialist to join our Real Estate, Facility Operations, and Security team in Los Angeles. You will perform maintenance tasks to keep our facility in top condition, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for older adults. Your responsibilities will include repairs, documentation of maintenance activities, and collaboration with facilities leadership. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and a valid California driver's license.
