Accounting Manager - Manufacturing

What you'll be doing: Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing processes. Prepare and review accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Manage and mentor accounting staff, including assigning responsibilities, reviewing work, and supporting professional development. Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Develop, implement, and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field 5+ years of finance or related field experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or inventory management Experience with cash accounting Experience with Syspro ERP Software What sets us apart?
