Lab Technician Rotating Shift

Phillips Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lab Technician to support laboratory testing, quality assurance, and production operations for a textile manufacturing client located in Simpsonville, SC. This role is responsible for conducting routine testing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products meet company quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a high-priority opening with immediate consideration for qualified candidates. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work a rotating schedule. Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing and analysis on raw materials and finished products Record, analyze, and report test results accurately Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures Assist production and quality teams with troubleshooting and process improvements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab environment Communicate findings and concerns to supervisors and team members promptly Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Schedule 7 days on / 2 days off / 7 days on / 5 days off Pay Rate $19.91 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
