Manage high-acuity trauma and medical emergencies in a trauma facility. See an average of 2 patients per hour during 10-hour shifts. Coordinate with APP assistance for patient care without direct supervision of APPs. Complete documentation and patient care tasks after shift conclusion; no call back required.
