Position: Fleet Mechanic

Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

Pay: $30.85/hour

Start Date: ASAP

• Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and installations.
• Diagnose mechanical issues under the guidance of technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred.
• Automotive, diesel, agricultural, or industrial maintenance experience is a plus.
• Technical school education or related training preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maumelle, AR.

The pay range for this position is $30.85 - $30.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
