2700 W Broadway St Princeton, IN 47670-9418 Position Summary Pharmacist in Charge – Join Walmart Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Manager and lead our team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide patient care and community outreach. This role is essential to improving patient health and advancing community engagement. What you'll do Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and run other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and appropriate inventory levels. Model, enforce, and provide direction on customer service approaches and techniques to resolve customer needs within company guidelines. Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as community members. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss‑prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews. What you'll bring Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers effectively. Expertise in analyzing data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Competence in analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions. Capability to manage a pharmacy, including supervising staff and operations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Valid Pharmacy license by job entry date. Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, State Pharmacy Association). Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy‑related experience.
