Construction Project Manager

Lead Projects. Build Relationships. Make an Impact. We're partnering with a well-established and growing commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager. What You'll Do As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will: Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants Facilitate project meetings and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation Proactively identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and scheduling issues Manage project financials, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Bid and Develop proposals Interest in MultiFamily projects Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration Coordinate subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Why You'll Want to Join Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits Car allowance or Company vehicle Phone allowance Stable and growing organization Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunity to lead impactful commercial construction projects with a respected contractor Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr gpac
