Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments, individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans that address clients' presenting issues with a focus on choice and empowerment.

• Provide crisis intervention support where necessary, ensuring clients receive timely access to mental health resources.
\n
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively and share relevant information.

• Monitor client progress, evaluating treatment plans and adjusting them based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for more detailed assessments when indicated, ensuring that all clients receive appropriate care.

• Participate actively in team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.

• Be available for on-call coverage as assigned during and after regular program hours to respond to urgent client needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
