We are seeking a highly capable Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations for our Gilbert, Arizona site and ensure a safe, reliable, and high-performing environment for engineering, manufacturing, and business operations.Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, this highly visible role serves as the site's facilities subject matter expert and strategic partner. You will lead facility operations, critical infrastructure management, capital improvement projects, vendor partnerships, and long-range facility planning while collaborating closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, Finance, Security, and EHS.This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on site performance today while helping shape the facility strategy that supports future business growth.
