Company Description Arise Recovery Centers is an Intensive Outpatient Program serving adults who are navigating addiction and seeking long-term sobriety. A team of master’s level therapists provides structured, evidence-based support and practical tools to help clients build healthier, more stable lives. Arise operates multiple centers across Texas, including locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, greater Houston, and Austin. Services include free patient consultations, individual and group therapy, family programming, concierge therapy, telemedicine, relapse prevention, and aftercare planning, offering a continuum of care for clients and their support systems. Role Description This part-time Therapist role is an on-site position based in Rockwall, TX. The Therapist will provide individual and group counseling to adults in intensive outpatient treatment, using clinically sound and client-centered approaches. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, documenting sessions and progress notes, and collaborating with the clinical team to coordinate care. The Therapist will help facilitate family programming, support relapse prevention and aftercare planning, and participate in case reviews and staff meetings to ensure high-quality care. The role also involves maintaining ethical standards of practice, adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines, and fostering a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment. Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCDC, or equivalent) with a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in addiction treatment, intensive outpatient or similar levels of care, including skills in individual, group, and family therapy. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records. Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of relapse prevention strategies, evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing), and trauma-informed care principles. Comfort with using electronic health record systems and basic technology tools to support telemedicine and clinical operations. Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and adherence to state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
