Make a meaningful impact.Looking for an RN opportunity that offers flexibility, independence, and a schedule that keeps your weekends free?The Care Team Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide after-hours support to hospice patients and families.This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working independently, making clinical decisions, and providing personalized, one-on-one patient care without managing a traditional daytime caseload.When you're not actively responding to patient needs or completing visits, you can remain at home while available for on-call responsibilities. You'll have the autonomy to manage patient needs while being supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team.We're looking for a dependable, clinically confident RN who can respond to changing patient conditions, provide symptom management, and offer reassurance to patients and families when they need it most.Schedule & HoursMonday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM the following morningFour overnight on-call shifts per weekCoverage concludes Friday at 8:00 AMNo Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday on-call coverageCombination of scheduled patient visits and on-call responsibilitiesWork from home when not actively responding to patient needs in the fieldWho We AreAt The Care Team Hospice, we are a mission-driven, patient-centered provider dedicated to delivering compassionate end-of-life care.
