What Youll Do

• Assist existing customers with account, billing, and policy questions
• Process account updates, payment requests, and autopay changes
• Resolve concerns with patience and professionalism
• Navigate dual monitors and multiple systems during customer calls
• Accurately document interactions in a CRM
• Follow up on open requests and work toward one-call resolution

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
