Warehouse Associate
Location: Waco, TX
Pay: $13-17/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | All Shifts Available

Job Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
Perform visual inspections to identify product quality issues.
Package, stack, wrap, and prepare materials for shipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Assist production teams with general labor duties as needed.
Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (experience preferred but not required).
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Strong attendance and reliability are required.
Able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
