The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated 1-4 PQE lawyer to join our high performing Commercial Contracts practice. We work closely with SME and corporate clients to understand their commercial objectives and deliver pragmatic advice that protects their interests while facilitating successful transactions. The team handles a broad range of work, from routine supply, distribution and service agreements to bespoke, high-value commercial deals, ensuring our clients' contracts are legally sound, commercially pragmatic and clearly articulated. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability across a broad range of commercial matters, effective project management and client service skills, and a genuine interest in supporting LegalVision’s growth in the UK market. While our offices are located in Manchester, we’re happy to accept applications from candidates seeking remote work in London or elsewhere in the UK. The Ideal Candidate Essential: An English qualified lawyer with 1-4 years of PQE in assisting UK business clients in a variety of commercial matters.
