We are seeking a dependable and motivated Packaging Associate to join our seed production team. This position is responsible for packaging seed products, maintaining quality standards, following safety procedures, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Packaging Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Package and label seed products according to company specifications.
• Follow all site and department safety policies and procedures.
• Operate handheld scanners and other packaging equipment as required.
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately complete production and packaging tasks while meeting quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Packaging Associate Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate scanners or willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or agricultural experience is a plus, but not required.
