We evaluate each consumers individual needs to determine appropriate treatment necessary to obtain optimum progress. Momentum Services provides the least restrictive professional methods utilized in a consumers personal treatment, and do not use unnecessary or excessive methods under any circumstances.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Individualized Treatment Plan in the Home, School or Community environments
• Actively participate in the assessment of needs and provide feedback as appropriate
• Monitor and discuss client progress with supervisor
• Maintain a strong commitment to professional growth and development
• Adhere to professional and ethical clinical practices at all times
• Collect client data related to client objectives

• Consult with their supervisor (BC or MT) on a consistent basis

Qualifications:

• Certification as a BCaBA, Certification as a RBT, Certification as a BCAT, Behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed the required 40-hour training covering the RBT task list
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services
