Warehouse Worker - Threader Department


We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our Threader Department . The ideal candidate will have prior experience threading knitting machines and a strong commitment to quality, productivity, and attendance.

Job Responsibilities

• Thread yarn into knitting machines.
• Start and operate knitting machines according to production requirements.
• Continuously monitor knitting machines while walking the production floor.
• Identify defects and stop machines when quality issues occur.
• Climb ladders and machines as needed to loosen bolts and perform basic adjustments.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow production schedules to meet manufacturing goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a knitting machine threader is required.
• Good eyesight and depth perception.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and machinery safely.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Committed to meeting or exceeding production and quality standards.
