Actalent is seeking a business student to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Hanover, MD as a Credit Intern for the Summer of 2026! Details: $16.50 per hour, Full Time Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Hybrid 4 days in‑office, 1 day remote. Actalent's summer internship is a 10‑week hourly paid program designed for high‑energy, driven students who are seeking hands‑on experience in a team‑oriented professional work environment. This internship places a strong emphasis on developing strong business acumen, cultivating leadership skills, shadowing our core business functions, and utilizing our reporting tools & database systems. Interns will receive training, mentorship through shadowing and coaching, and work alongside the local team to drive results that directly impact our business, consultants, and clients. Location: Hanover, Maryland Qualifications Rising Senior; pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications Strong interest in pursuing a long‑term opportunity in a professional corporate environment for an established organization focused on its people Driven, motivated, and comfortable working toward goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive, professional attitude Strong organization, time management, and multi‑tasking ability Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment Compensation $16.50/hour; maximum 40 hours/week for 10 weeks EEO Statement Actalent is an equal opportunity employer.
