Job Details

We are seeking a BIM Specialist with a strong electrical background to join our growing team.

As a BIM Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, with responsibilities such as:

1. Developing and managing high-quality, detailed 3D models for construction projects, with a particular focus on electrical systems.
2. Applying your knowledge of VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) to improve project efficiency and accuracy.
3. Ensuring all designs and models comply with the latest Electrical Codes and safety regulations.
4. Collaborating with project teams to integrate BIM technology into all phases of construction, from design to execution.
5. Providing training and support to team members on BIM technology and best practices.
6. Conducting clash detection and providing solutions to resolve issues.
7. Participating in project meetings, providing updates and insights related to BIM processes and progress.

Qualifications:

• Two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a must.
• One year mission critical BIM modeling experience.
• Emphasis in problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in Blue Beam, Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Experience with electrical layout in Revit preferred.
