Laboratory Technician Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate : $22.00-$27.00/hour DOE
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Laboratory Technician Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Previous lab bench experience required
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to follow SOPs closely
Ability to write basic reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Resume and interview required
Background check required
10-panel drug screen required

About the Laboratory Technician Role
As a Laboratory Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Perform laboratory experiments and product evaluations following SOPs
Operate laboratory equipment safely and accurately
Prepare and document test results and laboratory reports
Perform basic data analysis
Interpret and communicate test results
Perform minor maintenance on laboratory equipment
Maintain Quality Management System and ISO documentation
Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Assist with training on SOPs and laboratory procedures
Report observations and recommend safety improvements
Complete additional duties as assigned
