The Stone House Group is growing! Based in Bethlehem, PA, we are a facilities-consulting firm dedicated to Building Stewardship—balancing energy management, building commissioning, and sustainable design for institutions worldwide.
We are looking for a Marketing Associate who wants more than just a marketing job. If you want to use your analytical skills to drive business growth while building a long-term career path in the sustainability industry, we want to talk to you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Audit & Elevate Our Reach: Analytically and strategically evaluate our current marketing efforts to optimize campaign performance, track ROI, and position SHG as the premier voice in building sustainability.
- Master Modern Technical Writing: Utilize advanced AI tools to streamline research, draft compelling technical content, and communicate complex energy and engineering concepts into clear, impactful marketing narratives.
- Champion the B-Corp Mission: Collaborate with our consulting teams to translate our real-world environmental impact—from Climate Action Plans to LEED certifications—into engaging case studies, proposals, and digital content.
- Ensure Operational Continuity & Leadership: Provide strategic oversight for the Stone House Group Building/Office Manager, while establishing cross-functional redundancy to ensure seamless day-to-day office and facility operations.
- Grow into a Sustainability Leader: Bring your passion for the environment; we will provide the industry-specific mentorship, training, and a defined pathway to pivot your marketing foundation into a full-scale sustainability career.
