Location: Remote - Must reside in US

- Stakeholder / team alignment
- Design artifact review
- UX design best practices
- Collaboration w/user research and testing
- Low to high Wireframes
- Visuals / UI
- Prototyping
- UX refinements
- Product and Development Final Signoff
- Development Collaboration
- Design support
Performance Expectations/Metrics:
- Results - creation of low to high fidelity UX design wire frames; figma prototypes; design presentations / decks; Jira stories
- Actions – weekly DXE updates and 1o1s; cross-functional partnership w/ Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Analytics, Design Ops; various design leadership requests; ongoing design education / training; quarterly design planning
- Behaviors – team collaboration; adherence to UX process; proactive
